At Akiba Botanics, we do not accept requests for refunds or exchanges, except when they meet one of the following requirement:
Broken or defective goods
Received the wrong order? Although uncommon, errors can occasionally occur. If you receive the wrong order, please contact us right away upon receiving it. Be sure to include a photo of the order so we can promptly address and resolve the issue for you.
Need to make changes to your order? If you’d like to add or modify your order, please send us an e-mail at info@akibabotanics.com as soon as possible after placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order hasn’t yet been processed.
